Regarding the tracker mini, release post says 2.0.3, but the download page has 2.0.2, is the typo here, or the asset missing there ?

Extremely happy to confirm that the OFF messages are behaving correctly, without hanging notes.

Thank you Polyend team

FIXES

  • Line In audio crackles when playback is running
  • OFF messages are not placed correctly during Live-Recording

These are exactly the bugs that prevented me from working fully. If I don’t find new bugs, I won’t have any serious complaints about the incorrect operation with the Tracker.
I’m very glad that these issues were heard and successfully fixed.

Thank you all for your work!

The only point that remains is USB Audio Out support for Mobile Devices

As I mentioned earlier, this bug doesn’t allow me to properly record my Live Jam videos for social media using a USB connection to my phone; some audio glitches appear during the recording.

This is an important issue because videos with Polyend are the best advertisement and promotion for the company.

I hope you will take notice of this. @Mitch

well, ui inconsistency still a thing and visuals lag is there also too still.

can someone from polyend clarify when this will be fixed? also my post in bug section about visual lag somehow is vanished

this is how visuals look in 1.8 (solid smooth framerate)

this may have been my mistake. This used to be this one:

As i was not able to reproduce your issue, i figured you may have meant the inconsistency with the UI which is already reported. I’ll restore the report to it’s intial state, if that’s ok with you? If so - can you provide us with your project so we can replicate it?

there is two separate issues

  • 1 issue is the ui inconsistency with the monochrome theme, black bars instead of grey, this never was an issue pre 1.9, ive tried reflashing it with no luck, flashing back to 1.8 no issues (1.9.0 OG Tracker UI theme inconsistency)

  • 2 issue is a slower refresh rate with visuals like mixer vu meters and refresh rate in general, reflashing aint solving this too, flashing back to 1.8 gives stable fluent refresh rate again. Also, this issue previously was in previous firmwares, and was fixed in 1.6 or 1.8 (i do not remember), so devs must be aware of that thing. Must be this one, which were changed for some unknown reason.
(UI Regression in Monochrome Theme - Topbar is Black instead of inverted)

Is it all clear now?

p.s. initally i had 2 bugs posted, one was about ui inversion, and the second was about refresh rate, so you or some other mod renamed it wrong and archived it. Correct?

Yes, this was my mistake as it wasn’t very obvious in the video. I’ll change it back. I apologize for the confusion.

Note taken! I was under the impression it is a hardware limitation but have read your wish and will look into this futher, thanks.

Hi, I’ve found several bugs in version 1.9.1 of the original tracker. One of them has already been mentioned by my colleague, that there is delay/lag in the master motorization screen (do they look like FPS drops?) and another has to do with the automation of instruments in the random parameter. For example: I have two synths in the project (slots 1 and 2) and two snares (slots 3 and 4). If I set it to take and place notes randomly between the instruments in slots 1 and 2, it ALSO takes the instruments from the rest of the slots, so the snares that are outside the selection also sound. I think for now I’ll stick with 1.8. Thanks!

Does this happen for you on 1.9.0? I use 1.9.0 now and wondered if something would break if I upgraded

I didn’t try it on 1.9 because I read there were several bugs before I downloaded it.

yes ive posted this fps dropdown as a bug report, @Sandroid have u changed it back? cant find my og bug post yet.

Yes, it is here: OG Tracker - Track Mixer UI Visual Lags
