monochrome theme now looks wrong, check the photos, there were no black lines/fills previously (in 1.8) at the top and black type fields in sample rename screens, etc, please revert it back as it was in 1.8 in the upcoming fix update

yes.. in the new beta build, this bug was fixed. What do you mean when say inconsistent refreshrate issues?
yes the inconsistency is fixed in beta, but low fps is still there
honestly i can’t see the difference in your videos — maybe try recording with the slo-motion camera?
