INSTALLATION GUIDE

Synth Firmware
NOTE: If you are running Open Beta #3, there is no need to update. This is the same firmware.

  1. Download and extract the firmware from Polyend.com
  2. Copy the .psf firmware file to your Synth SD card → Firmware folder
  3. Best Practice: save your current scene to avoid any potential data loss
  4. On the Synth menu, navigate to Main Menu → System Settings → Firmware → Update Firmware → .psf file
  5. Click the encoder and confirm with Yes

After the update, create a new scene to initialize the config settings

Any progress on the other firmware Betas…?
It seems Synth progressed relatively quick from Beta #1 till #3 and Final.

Fortunately the fixes in #2 were relatively minor, and #3 only had one fix from a previous beta so the turnaround was fast.
Play and Tracker beta fixes are in the works, Play should see a new beta first.

Thanks polyend team!

Huge! I was on beta so I already had most of the functionalities, but an official release is always a good time for celebration, congratulations for the good hard work!
