Thank you all for sharing. In another thread, someone said they like my work and it made me think, “I should check out others’ work.” And, well, here I am. I’ll post here too.

If you’re a person who records yourself/your gear often with video, I’d love a separate post with basic setup for a Polyend user. Like most people, my main camera is my smartphone… getting audio into it or syncing video in post easily is something I haven’t quite mastered without going all iMove with it, which is fine I guess. I’m also curious how you set up for an overhead gear shot.

Thx all and keep posting <3

Here’s something I did with the new synth engines on the Tracker Mini:

Little house ditty put together during some downtime away from the fam on a lazy Sunday. I then found a whole other sound and kind of crossfade the two in the middle. I’ll revisit this one.

Color on the video kinda sucks! Sorry about that.

Good morning. Raise your hand if you like drum and bass.

(all hands are up)

If anyone can lmk how to appropriately do vertical videos in DaVinci Resolve, I’d appreciate it!

Simple house tune I made with the new engines, really like using the Perform page for the synth macros and PERC delay sends

oh yeah… digging it Todd. Fun and dreamy. Thanks for sharing.

I’m not one for uploading much, but here’s a track I originally created on the OG play, going to expand on all the OG projects with the synths from the Play+ at some point.

Second track with Mini … full utilisation of all 8 sample track and 3 synth slots … i love this magic box a lot, ideal tool for vacation road trip in recent 2 weeks

Here’s one I made on the Play+ (with some polishing afterwards in Bitwig):

Inspired by Clairo’s most recent album. Most of the samples I chopped from the track. I kinda hate the synth midway through the piece and wanna go back and fix it, but this was fun to make. I’ve gotten more experience in Logic and did some post-processing after recording off the Play +, namely compression and FX.

Okay so been working on 20min set in a single tracker project. Quite an interesting challenge as there’s lots of memory in Tracker+ but not that many instrument slots so lots of instruments have to use slices. It will become a performance mode live performed set, but this version is edited/arranged in Logic from exported stems.

Really cool, ambitious idea. It’s definitely got that early AFX vibe with a lot of the instrumentation.
WRT using slices, one of the first things I started doing with the PERC engine was finding my favorite kits and making 8 or 16 piece renders of the kit for slicing later on. It’s really nice to be able to use these in sample slots and keep the synth engines free. I suppose you lose the synth macros but I’m not crazy about the PERC macros usually, I prefer the sample FX options.

I used the USB multitracking for the first time and made a longer arrangement of this track with an added B section:

Just some very minimal EQing and volume adjustment in Bitwig, it’s pretty unbelievable how powerful this device is!

Some Liquid DnB vibes I made during a trip for a gig in FL.
