Sample Pool folders disappearing after shutting down

Bug Description

Sample pool folders disappear after shutdown. Leaves one giant pool of audio files that are only visible after “adding a new folder” to the sample pool.

I expect it to keep the folders in place so that the fill functions work as intended and removing the need to spend hours rebuilding a functioning sample pool after every shutdown (every day…)

Reproduction Steps

  1. Load up all the folders just as the manual says
  2. Make an awesome song and save
  3. Shut your play+ down
  4. Power it back up the following day
  5. Make a new folder in the sample pool to gain access to audio files
  6. Delete audio files to open memory
  7. Rinse and repeat.

Occurrence

It happens every single time.

Hi @csdixon01 , sorry you’re experiencing issues with Play+. I see you also commented in Sample Pool folders disappear after restart and project load , they seem to be the same issues? Can you confirm please? If so, I’ll close this one as duplicate, unless you had a good reason to open in separately? Thanks for your support
