Play+ "Play Chain" will skip over pattern 7 in this project

Bug Description

I have a project with 21 patterns. In this particular project, pattern 7 gets skipped in the chain. Happens if you play from pattern 1 or pattern 6. You can play from pattern 7 just fine.

I expect every pattern in the chain to be played.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Download the project and load it onto SD card: 240611dnb_tooled.zip - Google Drive
  2. Play chain from anywhere before pattern 7.
  3. Watch the pattern playhead move. Notice it skip 7.

Occurrence

Happens every time.

For what it’s worth, I tried a lot to prevent the skip. The problem is not with the pattern per se, but with the pattern before it. If I change the preceding pattern, no more skip!

Now trying to debug further…

Did you accidentally discover a way to create non-linear pattern chains? :grinning:
