Here’s a quick update and a look into the process.
These are some of the iterations of the shell.
Every batch is measured and tested and reworked so the printed parts will fit correctly and look their best. The latest are on the right.
I know it’s hard to see in the pic, but there have been a few major and many minor tweaks to each batch.

As for channels, It’ll really depend on demand.
For the first batches, I plan to sell direct through a website.

If you’re using a popular battery type, it may be easier to ship without them and just let people know what to buy on the other end.
Maybe it might be worth taking pre-orders so you have an idea of how much interest there is and can adjust accordingly?
