Yes Miro is correct. I’m not sure if multiple patches per project are a possibility, I would suggest creating a wish and voting on it and the devs can consider it.
One thing to note - If you dial in the 6 multi-macros properly you can get all kinds of sounds from one patch, almost anything you could do in the editor really. I’ll have a giant pad that I edit with the macros to turn into a piano, or a pluck by just changing the macros etc. It is really cool cause you can subtly evolve your synths slowly over a song too. I’ll try and post an example if I can get around to recording it.
Thank you very much!! I believed from previous posts that you can record automations with the synths or change parameters of the synth parts in each step… I’m still haven’t clear the automation or parameter lock thing with the synth parts…
First impressions: it’s a thing of beauty. build quality is stellar. UI is snappy. screen is beautiful. reverb is lush. synth engines sound amazing.
synth editing is a bit painful but hopefully that can be remedied in the future. there’s loads of depth in the synth parameters & modulation, it could be absolutely epic if the editing ui is improved.

With so many wishes and a limited amount of knobs already busy with multiple features each, I can imagine Polyend starting to sell custom overlays for the Play family.
You could have different modes and overlays for your “synth patch weekend”, your “live performance evenings”, your “semi-random polyrhythm creation sprint”, your “just a MIDI controller sessions”, and so on.
