I’ll go ahead: Polyend should communicate the delays officially and clearly, and let us know when we can realistically expect our unit to be shipped based on order # or something. A few tweets here and there is not the way to communicate. They should have done this back in July when it was obvious they were not gonna make it.

I was hoping to have my mini for my summer vacation, so the delay is disappointing but it’s a new product and a good one at that, and I understand. However there should be better communication

We are shipping preorders and retail orders concurrently. Most dealers will receive multiple shipments, so I couldn’t give you an exact date on when you would receive it from dealers as I don’t know their queues. Manufacturing is speeding up but predicting exact shipment times is difficult. I think Sweetwater’s orders will start shipping at the beginning of next week, should have them all out by the end of August.
The most preorders were on Day 1, and we should have all the Day 1 orders out by the end of this week as well. Day 2 orders should ship next week.

Ah well, got a message from the retailer that is postponed one month further, around 4-5 weeks. Even thats not for sure.

Cancelled the pre-order and going to buy some other portable gear as im going to travel soon.

Maybe in the future i will buy :fire:

I got a notification on Friday, but today got the actual tracking number :slight_smile: . I did the preorder on the first day fyi :slight_smile:
