Hey everyone, good news - the first batch is being assembled now so these will start shipping out on Monday. There is a large queue, so I would estimate all the July preorders will go out in the next 3 weeks of August and then on to the August preorders by the end of August and early September - but we have to see how production goes to get a better estimate.

I’m very curious about who shows up in Backstage first:

  • First one to share they have received shipping email.
  • First arrival picture
  • First unboxing video
  • First impressions, demos…
  • First user of a Mini as first Polyend device.

Etc. :slight_smile:

Paying customers only. People receiving Minis for free, loaned, etc for reviewing are a category on their own.

I have my samples library prepared :fire: if only they would add also a few audio tracks in some firmware update (streaming from disk) i will be extremely happy.

Hey hey! The Minis are being built and going out now but production has started ramping up slower than expected. Next week we should be up to full speed and we’ll get a lot more orders out. Still will probably take until the end of the month to get all the July preorders out, August orders could be early Sept.

The change log from Tracker 1.6 to Mini 1.0 has also been posted online - Downloads - Polyend

Sorry for insisting but I’m really eager, checking every day my order page for a status change. So, have the minis July batch actually started to ship this week or not yet? Your message was vague on that. I’m also checking YouTube, apart from Isobutane I don’t see anyone posting videos

Sorry if that was vague, they have started shipping but not as many as expected. Next week we should get many more out and have better estimates of when an order will ship.

No problem, we sent it to a couple people to make content but didn’t do the “every influencer gets this product” thing, because we want to prioritize getting them to people and dealers that preordered.

Thanks Mitch! Do you all ship on a specific day of the week? And will we receive an email on the day that our unit ships? Just curious if there’s a specific day of the week I should be checking my email for a shipment notification.

Does a manual come in the package with the mini or is it only in digital format?

The essential manual, about 30 pages, ships with the unit. In a feeble attempt to stop global warming, the 275+ page complete manual is online only.

Hey sorry I was wrong about shipping every day this week, it is a holiday in Poland so no shipping today. Will have more units going out through the rest of the week though.

I wonder when my order with Sweetwater will go out. I ordered on the same day through them since I couldn’t access the Polyend site.
