WTFM wavetable descriptions

Howdy friends!

Does anyone know where I could find some in-depth descriptions of the wavetables used in the WTFM synth? All the manual alludes to is thats it goes from a sine wave to harmonically richer waveforms. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

Edit: So I reached out to Polyend, and they were kind enough to give me some details about this, so I figured I’d share what I found for anyone else looking for similar information.

In WTFM there are 9 sets of 3 wavetables (Character). Each set contains 3 different waves, and you can blend through the waves with the Shape parameter.
Shape = 0 → 1st wave,
Shape = 50 → second wave ,
Shape = 100 → 3rd wave.
Any value between just blends through them. This is a brief description of the waves by our devs:

Wave 1
Smoother: sine wave
Sharper: a bit richer sine
Wilder: even richer sine
AddX: sine with additional harmonics through FM mod

Wave 2
Smoother: smoothed triangle
Sharper: richer triangle
Wilder: square with reduced harmonics
AddX: sine with additional harmonics achieved through tzfm mod

Wave 3
Smoother: smoothed saw
Sharper: richer saw
Wilder: even richer saw
AddX: saw with additional harmonics

By smoother, I mean reduced harmonics. For example smoothed triangle was achieved by reducing the harmonics of the pure triangle.

There’s a few decent youtubes. Most don’t go into a huge amount of detail unfortunately - actually this poster seems to know some stuff - go down to where Merlin talks about wave tables

Okie doke. Well at least I’m not the only one running into this issue. Thanks for the info
