Weird "Sweep" Sound on Top of Low Frequencies on Polyend Tracker Mini

Bug Description

What’s Happening:
I’ve noticed a weird bug on my Polyend Tracker Mini. Whenever I play low-end samples or synth sounds or record low-end audio via line-in , there’s this strange “sweep” noise that goes from high to low frequency during the decay stage of the volume envelope.

What I Expected:
The samples and beats should play / record without any weird sounds added on top.

Reproduction Steps

  1. I tried sampling my Korg Volca Beats via the line-in on the Polyend Tracker Mini.
  2. I noticed the “sweep” sound on top when I played back the recorded samples.
  3. Then, I created a simple 4/4 kick beat using the PERC engine on the Polyend Tracker Mini.
  4. When playing back the kick beat (PERC), the same “sweep” sound occurs.

Occurrence

This happens every time I play / record low-end samples or synth sounds.

Hey guys, update on this! The sweep sound I mentioned above disappears when the Line In Track is muted on the main mixer.
The sweep sound still exists on the recorded sample file because something is creating noise on the line input, which causes the sweep. But playback of anything else is ok.

This is my guess, and I’ll attach an image below for reference.

The noise/sweep is somehow created on the line-in (Red point 1). It then goes through the recording path and is included in the recorded file (Red point 2). Additionally, it travels from the line-in with the created noise/sweep (Red point 1), goes through the line-in pass-through (Red point 3), and finally to the main mixer (Red point 4), where it’s mixed with all other tracks. This is why the sweep disappears when the line-in track is muted, but it still exists on the recorded file.
