Weird "Sweep" Sound on Top of Low Frequencies on Polyend Tracker Mini

Hey guys, update on this! The sweep sound I mentioned above disappears when the Line In Track is muted on the main mixer. The sweep sound still exists on the recorded sample file because something is creating noise on the line input, which causes the sweep. But playback of anything else is ok.
