The tractor mini will let me load a long sample into my project, but won’t let me edit it in sample edit. Why would it let me load it Into my project if I can’t edit it? I was hoping to edit the sample and make it shorter without putting it back into a daw to shorten it.
The ability to load long samples was just added recently.
For now the Sample Editor has a limitation that it can only edit samples that are 45s long.
There is a wish to change this though (go vote for it):
In the meantime: In the Sampler Loader you can press Import and import a definable selection from the original sample.
