Tracker + and Synth do not show up as USB MIDI Devices

Hi folks. I had recently rearranged my studio so a lot of gear has been powered off for a while. I am hooking everything back up and both my Tracker+ and Synth do not show up at all as USB MIDI devices. Everything is setup as expected in each unit. The odd thing is Tracker+ shows up as a USB drive when i enter Storage Mode but it will not show up in Ableton, and neither will Synth.

I could be missing something obvious, but it’s driving me crazy. tried different cables, different ports, hubs and connect directly. Same outcome.

Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t want to open a ticket yet but it’s really odd that this is only happening with my two Polyend pieces, Everything else USB is working as expected. I previously used to use a Y splitter, ran power using the plus USB to the computer and I never noticed any issues. It’s VERY STANGE that both devices are acting the same way.

Just adding that I am on Windows 11, version 26H2. Again, every other device I own works over USB.

Tracker shows up in my devices, but Synth does not. Tracker will mount as drive, Synth will not.
Tracker running 1.2.0 and Synth is running 2.0.0

I don’t know if you’ve seen this thread, but hopefully it’ll help:
