And created the second feature request for changing parameters when an empty track is selected here:

Allow predefining knob values while a empty track is selected

What is the problem? When you have an empty track selected (via the pad select), it is currently NOT possible to change any knob parameters/value or predefine parameters/values that you may want to use once you start putting steps down. You have to deselect the track, set your values, then reselect the track before entering steps. This is an uneccessary step that tends to confuse/trip people, especially during a high concentration situation like a live performance. What should this feature ac…
