With 1.7 out and quickly fixed, the general workflow has improved quite a lot, but I’m wondering what the future of the Tracker looks like from now. Especially regarding “SONG mode”, where I think the device needs the most improvement and new capabilities. A lot of whishes on the subject were posted here, some of them “declined”, and none of the remaining ones were implemented yet. About the declined ones, you said the team was going in another direction(s) with the SONG mode.
Would you mind giving us an idea of where you’re going? Any update about the remaining whishes?

I wonder if this is worth making a new thread about: As backstage has become larger over the years wishes and votes get diluted and some easily fixed bug or problems never get addressed.
To recap this request it to have some control over the next played pattern in song mode.
Either by selecting the next pattern to be played or control of the next pattern by midi.
Who wouldn’t want that? Every tracker owner would benefit from that.
Then that work flow would have been brought forward into the tracker plus and mini.
However we find much more complex issues getting all the attention and votes such as please develop an entire sample engine for the play/play plus.
Anyway my Synth turned up this week, lets have a butchers at its functionality! Sounds great so far.
