Set initial / default tempo in Config

Some users work with the same BPM for every project. It would be nice to have a option in the Config that would allow to set a global, default tempo for every new project.

What is the problem?

The Tracker has a default / initial tempo for every project.
This tempo cannot be changed in the Config.

What do you want to achieve?

Have an option in the Config to set the default tempo.

Are there any workarounds?

Set the tempo for each project.
