Scene Browser Displays 250 Files Maximum

Bug Description

Title says it all. Manual says the limit should be 1000.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. copy more than 250 scenes to the SD Card (call them 001 … 251)
  2. open the scene browser - you’ll only see 250.
  3. delete the first 250 scenes from the card
  4. open the scene browser, you’ll see the rest of them

250 is the maximum for Scenes, Patches, Samples or any folder. Apologies for the incorrect info in the manual. Will have this updated.
