Pressing menu button causes note mode to stop producing sounds

Bug Description

If you press and release the menu button while note mode is engaged, the tracker will remain in note mode but will stop producing sound when the keys are pressed. This can be corrected by switching to a different menu, pressing shift+note again to exit and re-enter note mode, or pressing the instrument/FX1/FX2 buttons. Ideally, pressing the menu key should cause the tracker to exit note mode.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select an instrument (synth or sample)
  2. Enter note mode by shift+Note
  3. Press the menu button to bring up the quick menu and then release the menu button.
