Possibility to set the note of a step in relation to the same step in another track on the Play, for basslines and other melodic effects. Bonus points if you could set also an interval for harmonic effects.
What is the problem?
Currently steps on the Play’s sequencer mode can only have absolute values (a note), not relative (the same note as the same step on another track).
What do you want to achieve?
Melodies with more than one instrument, where one track defines the notes and then other tracks just follow.
It would be even better if not only the same note of track X could be defined, but also intervals i.e. “Track 3 note + 3 semitones”.
If the UI for this turns out to be too complex, one option to simplify would be to limit this feature to the reuse of the note + interval of the track immediately above. If the track above is following the track above above, then the same note would be passed below, and a different interval could be still defined. This limitation would be still intuitive and flexible.
Are there any workarounds?
Define the notes manually for every track. This means that every time you change the main melody you need to adjust the notes in the other tracks accordingly. This also means that Note randomization can’t be used, because you can’t keep randomization in different tracks in sync.

DAWs can do this. Note tracking is not unusual in synths allowing multiple instruments or voices.
