Corrupted audio over usb under a variety of circumstances. The most reproducible is if you add a synth while connected to a computer or iPad the audio will get corrupted. You generally have to shut everything down start the play connect it to the computer and then start up your DAW in that order and if you’re lucky it will play normally.
