so, zero updates on the state of OG tracker (bugfixes at least), and seems like on the main polyend website it moved to a Legacy section, so whats the deal here?

OG Tracker has been in the Legacy section for many years. It’s there to point out it’s Heritage of the Polyend DNA. It is not discontinued.
