Damn I’m sorry, I had started writing out a reply the last time you wrote but didn’t finish it. We may have covered this before, but this behavior is from the workspace/virtual parameters that are stored when using Fill. I cannot say for certain in relation to your video because you already have the track selected when it starts recording. You have to set your parameters first, then select your steps/track, and then do your fill. I know the bug is not exactly related (I wrote it myself years ago), but the logic is the same as to how Fill works and captures virtual parameters when selected.
