Using Random+ sets all other parameters to 0

Bug Description

Having parameters set and using the Random+ feature resets all other parameters to 0. I would expect when using Random+ that only melodic information, and active steps are manipulated, and all other parameters are left alone.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Use the Random + to generate a sequence on your track
  2. Select the entire track and add some reverb and filter cutoff
  3. Go back to Fill and use Random+ to generate a new sequence
3a. Expected Behavior - New Sequence is generated without resetting all other parameters
3b. Current Behavior - All parameters of the selected track are reset to 0.

Occurrence

Always

Hi @dan.lgrnd!
Thanks for reaching out about this.

The Fill remembers the “virtual parameters” that are set before you select a track.
Try this:

  1. Use the Random + to generate a sequence on your track
  2. Deselect the tracks and add some reverb and filter cutoff
  3. Choose and select a Track/s.
  4. Go back to Fill and use Random+ to generate a new sequence
  5. New Sequence is generated using the parameters set in point 2.
