Extend MIDI Chord/ARP combo possibilities

What is the problem?

When using ARP with the MIDI Chord FX (0xxx), 0x1D is the highest value. That could go further for some octave-based arpeggios. I’d love to have more predefined values: C0, 0C CC

What do you want to achieve?

Have more predefined values / more arpeggio modes.
For example for: automatic octave bass or chiptune-like fast octave leads :slight_smile:

Slightly related, although it is for the Play: Possibility to set a note in relation to another track.
