Here’s an example to explain the wish:
Imagine a track using the Mircotune FX that has both positive and negative values. Currently If you select all the FX events on that track and move the jog wheel down 10 ticks, a value of 30 becomes 20 and a value of -30 becomes -40.
This wish proposes that if a modifier key was pressed, the 30 still becomes a 20, but the -30 becomes a -20 instead of -40. Essentially changing the values in a bipolar manner.
What is the problem?
Using the jog wheel to modify values in a selected track creates an offset which is great for values all in the positive range, but when using some values that have both negative and positive values, you cannot select those events and adjust the range of their values.
What do you want to achieve?
The ability to expand or compress the total range of values in a track when they are selected.
Are there any workarounds?
The workaround would be to adjust each step manually.

None that I can think of off the top of my head but it’s a pretty basic function/technique when using modular gear. Many utilities allow you to either offset the values by applying a direct voltage to the current value, or set the entire range of the voltage which will expand/compress the total range. You can see this in a way like adjusting the volume.
