Vocal Effects Engine for Tracker+ & Mini

What is the problem? The Tracker line-up offers several creative ways to manipulate samples and even generate sound, but there is currently no specific tools for vocals built-in. What should this feature achieve? It would consist of an engine tailored for vocal processing and/or generation (up to the dev to decide whether it should reside on the synth engines or effects sections of the Tracker interface, or both !).
