Are they (couldn’t find them)?
And - are they compatible with Tracker Mini/+?
They look nice
I have no idea if those are available, you probably would have to ask in the M8 Community.
But here‘s a couple nice links to royalty-free tables:
waveeditonline.com
used to be nice, had a fabillion and one wavetables, but it seems to have died or has lost its domain name (as it only shows ads for something unrelated now).
If you want to create your own wavetables - make sure to check out Vital.
Thanks for all of these!
I’ll check them out!
You can still grab the samples from the sites GitHub repo wavedit-online/samples at main · smpldsnds/wavedit-online · GitHub
They’re CC0 licensed, so I might see if I can add a way to randomly load one into digichain (like a little easter egg), there are ~700 samples, only around 20mb as they’re small files.
the WT engine in tracker is halfbaked, no matter which wavetables u feed in the result is just pure luck, 50/50, random.
Can you please elaborate or point to a bug report?
are you from Polyend?
I’m just a regular Patrick
These are the only two logged.
Perhaps you found another one so we can create a bug report.
I’m sure the Wavs and DWA engines will make it to the Play+ and Trackers for better handling of wavetables and tonal samples, it would be crazy if they weren’t when they are both sample based devices. This is especially true for the Play+ which doesn’t have the sample editor of the Trackers, so sample playback is as basic as it gets.
