LFO speed and retriggering strange behavior

Bug Description

LFO retriggers on every note, double time and etc.

Steps to Reproduce

1 set pattern length 32 step
2 pick instrument with short sample
3 place notes every 4 step
4 set volume LFO to saw 1-16 step cycle
5 listen results
6 set LFO to Reverse saw 1-16 step cycle
7 listen results
8 pick instrument with long sample (32 step long at least)
9 place note on 1 step
10 set LFO to saw 1-16 step cycle
11 listen results
12 set LFO to Reverse saw 1-16 step cycle
13 listen results
14 repeat entries 4-13 with Filter LFO 1-32 step cycle
15 stop and resume playback by shift+play between steps during entries 4-13
16 set LFO amount to zero during entries 4-13

Let me add some easier way to reproduce.

Just use some short sample - let’s say kick.
Use filter on it, add 128 step saw LFO on filter.
Use 128 step pattern.
Now you expect that filter on kick would open from beginning to the end of pattern.
But it doesn’t. It re-triggering on 65 step.

On other combinations of long(like 64/96) lfo/pattern steps it still showing unexpected behaviour.

Note. If you use wavetable sample playback it works as it should.

that’s very pity, cause I expected that LFO on new Polyend works as it should.
So, that is quite significant bug in my opinion and it should be fixed
