Add option to transpose selection in selected scale with jog wheel

What is the problem?

Imagine you build a short phrase (eg. a bass line) that fits a chord sample. Copying the phrase and transposing it with the jog wheel to fit to another chord would be really quick. But it does not work smoothly right now, because the jog wheel transposes chromatically and by doing so moves notes out of scale.

What do you want to achieve?

Having a global option to transpose in scale with the jog wheel; just how the pads are limited to a scale.

Are there any workarounds?

Transposing one note at a time. But it’s slow, error-prone and kills the creative flow.

I would also love an option for a “global” scale to be set, I’ve seen other devices implement this successfully by also giving the option to disable that transposition for individual instruments so by default they will transpose to what is set globally, but give the option to shut that off for samples if C5 is not in the global scale and you want the sample to play normally.
