F**k. I just got the regular one a week ago
Well, we all know how it will be tracker mini MK2. What an amazing design. I’ve used so much the original mini that now I don’t miss the jogwheel.
.This looks awesome.
I guess this will cost more than the original.
Yeah, will share more details next week but this is a limited edtion version of the Tracker Mini, shares the same firmware. Not a + or mk2 model.
@Mitch absolutely beautiful.
Another amazing design from Polyend. A very distinctive and consistent look across all your devices. That means something.
Now we know what @Mitch meant when he said big things are coming this year
I just took screen shot from the video
Oh well..this thing needs a short descriptive name, too…
Polyend GAS, the gorgeous aluminium sequencer
I’ll probably buy it to support Polyend.
I saw the white version. Black version would be even better. i think that is a very very beautiful unit. Let’s see the price. Months ago I said that I didn’t want to buy Synth but now that I have it is indispensable for me. I don’t use another synth right now.
The design is brilliant. that neumorphic feel with just a splash of early 2000s silver tech. It hits me right in the GAS.
Who done the design, big thumbs up.
looks neat. hopefully they’ll patch the bugs inside 2.1 beta that has been out for six months and move it into deployment.
Yeah, I feel your pain. just after I bought the Play, the Play + came out and the value of my new groove box tanked, I still haven’t recovered.
Yes, please. I love the design.
The deciding factor on this is going to be whether it’s got an OLED (or at least high quality IPS) screen. Or whether it’s got the usual utterly unusable complete disaster that is the regular tracker TFT display.
If it’s got an OLED, then Polyend can just name their price.
Why would it matter for a TRACKER? The one they’re using right now is perfectly fine, IMO.
It matters because the existing one is a washed out mess. The viewing angles on it are horrific. You can’t even look at it head on, you have to tilt it back 30 degrees to even see it properly. And god help you if you adjust that angle even slightly.
On the desktop tracker it’s marginally less of a problem because the device is static on a desk and you probably are looking at it at the required very narrow viewing angle anyway, but it’s still an issue. And for a handheld device it’s basically unuseable.
I had to return my tracker mini because the screen was just so unpleasant to use. But I love everything else about the device. So if they can fix that, this version would be amazing for me.
