I could be doing something wrong but is there a capability to preview user samples without loading a folder? Fortunately I have managed to get a 512GB microSD card that works with Play with no issues so far and I wonder why I can’t preview the user samples just by scrolling them like when a sample folder is loaded. My wild guess will be there is some limitation that prevents from direct SD card streaming but really it’s so unfortunate if the preview is not possible. I truly get the point with randomization over the sample in the loaded folder but in case I don’t need it I’d like to have an option to just load any sample and use it.

The Play doesn’t have direct SD card streaming. To preview a sample that hasn’t been loaded onto the project you can click down on the encoder to hear it, which can be a pretty fast way to preview samples in my experience.
