If you have a amd based system try connecting over powered usb hub - works for windows connectivity.
Android connectivity - according to polyend - is not officially supported, but midi host should dothe trick.
that is if your phone supports it. it’s very hit or miss and i’m not sure yet what the root cause is.
It worked for me on an old OnePlus 7, but does not work on the newer Samsung S23, as an example.
