I have a regular Tracker that I’m trying to update to 1.9.1. I tried both via the regular and the emergency method and in both cases I get a message saying “Update failed”.
I tried re-downloading the file too. Same result.
What steps would you recommend to try and diagnose the problem?
Fresh SD card did the trick. Odd but fixed!

Curious, did this issue happen with the stock Polyend SD card or another card you were using?
Also curious if you used the same firmware download for both the old and new SD card.
I was transferring to a + and so copied the content of the + SD card onto my regular card (a SanDisk one) and replaced it with the default SD content for the OG Tracker. I then copied the new firmware on there too. Updated fine.
Interesting thing is that I copied the 1.0.3 firmware for the + over to my regular card (the one that was failing to update the OG Tracker) and it updated fine.
