My Launchpad Pro MkIII has a clever little button combo that turns off all of the PAD leds - great for end of session, especially in domestic environments. As soon as you touch a button/pad, it springs back to life. It’s not a sleep mode, just a black out.
Given Synth (and Play??) don’t need to care about battery life as such, it could be a welcomed addition
