Hi there.
Ive got a strange thing happening with my tracker+… I had it connected via USB to my macbook (os 14.6.1) into Live 10. all tracks were coming through fine but every once in a while (seemed random) the audio would just kinda ‘crap out’… it would get distorted, quieter… then it just stopped working.
Now it seems it technically connects but all the tracks seem to have to the same audio (meaning the separate tracks all play the same mixed audio, but distorted and quite quiet.
I tried updating the firmware but it does not allow me to copy a new firmware file onto the SD card firmware folder.
I was going to reformat the SD card, but Im worried about losing data.. I did a manual copy of the SD card to my computer but before i reformat, is there something im missing? Is this a common issue with polyend? and yes, ive rebooted my computer, the tracker, and reset the config file… no luck though. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks!
