are you still limited to one track at a time for external midi control on the tracker+ model? im sorry i dont own one. how many new line fx commands are on that model? maybe some aimed at the added synth models?
so i guess this is still the same on the new model
Hey @pointandclicksystems, yes this is pretty much still the same.
Tracker was always meant to be a thing by itself and not so much to be sequenced from externally as far as i can tell.

meant to be? what purpose does it serve this way? so are there more line fx commands that give access to the various synth model parameters at least? it sure seems to me that artificial limits are keeping this thing away from workflows that would be a definite advantage to music writing. dont the wishes of polyend customer base carry any weight? what are you all kung fu masters who need only a blade of grass to slay? we have the technology nowdays to accommodate more than your own crippled workflow. so i think ill spend my $1000 elsewhere! like on a hapax or m8! we need tools that do what the music requires.. i mean are the synth voices treated as instruments in a pool recallable with a simple patch number? can we build variety into patches and recall them as we need them? all i can see is that youd like to squeeze buyers out to buy something else rather than make your product what it really could be. i mean great hardware but somewhat disappointing capabilitiy. i mean compared to whats out there.

fuck you bro. there isnt any complainers here because you dont allow it. just fuck off
It’s serves its intended purpose as a Tracker!? You know, a tracker as in a standalone sequencer? Are you saying it doesn’t do that?
Does it lack “Functionality X” that “Person Y” wants or would love to have? Absolutely.
It always will, because we all have different wants and needs.
You know.. this is an overarching issue with the consumer market in general.
Shiny new toy comes out and within the same hour the product was announced.. people in comments will go: “oh i wish it had this/that feature” etc.
It’s quite tiresome honestly.
- Buy things at face value.
- Anything that happens afterwards is a cherry on top.
