Bug Description
Patterns of different lengths in Perform mode are not working properly.
Reproduction Steps
- Press File / New Project.
- Load any sample (e.g. Instruments / Drum kits / Bells.pti).
- Go to Pattern mode.
- Select pattern 1 and change length to 8.
- Enter any note in track 1 / step 1 (e.g. C2).
- Select pattern 2 and change length to 7.
- Enter any note in track 2 / step 1 (e.g. G2).
- Go to Perform mode.
- Adjust Track 1 to use Pattern 1.
- Adjust Track 2 to use Pattern 2 (if needed).
- Go back to Pattern mode.
- You can observe that screen shows selected pattern as 2, of length 8 (should be 7).
- You can observe that screen shows tracks from both Pattern 1 and 2 at the same time.
- Press Play.
- Both Pattern 1 and Pattern 2 play at length 8 (Pattern 2 should be 7).
- Switch between Pattern 1 and 2.
- Now they play in isolation and at proper length (8 and 7 respectively).
- Go back to Perform mode.
- Adjust Track 1 to Pattern 1.
- Adjust Track 2 to Pattern 2.
- Tracks 1 and 2 now play properly out of sync.
- Adjust volume by pressing Master and rotate wheel.
- Now both tracks play again at the same length.
- Flip Track 2 from Pattern 2 to 1, and back to 2.
- Now both tracks play out of sync, as they should.
- If you adjust volume it again goes back to patterns of same length.
