Tracker big knob cover

One thing I’ve always been disappointed about with my Tracker (I have the OG), is the lack of purchase on the function knob. For a while I resorted to wrapping a rubber band around it, which is okay, but doesn’t cover the edge/ right angle - which is where my hand naturally sits in order to use it.

So I thought I’d have a go at making a silicone slip cover, and I’ve just done v1.

At the moment I’m just using the yellow silicone I use for work (making RPG dice), and luckily the banana yellow matches that of the ‘Instrument’ button.

It slips on easily and fits snugly enough that it stays put perfectly. It makes scrolling/ parameter changing super fast!

Thanks mate. I’ve adjusted the design and hope to print the new mould soon. The wall needs to be a little thicker and it could do with being a tad more snug on the knob.
Lol, etc.

I reworked pay off the mould and cast another cover with the mods mentioned above - much better.

To be honest, I’d prefer the full cover version.

I appreciate your honesty
I’ll make whichever one is easiest to make, works best and fits under my decksaver.

I’m not finished iterating yet though, I’m just busy.
