What is the problem?
Both Play and Tracker Plus devices do not support USB hubs

The ability to use a USB hub with Polyend devices

Original Bug report
Please fix it so the usb audio can be used with a usb hub. Currently it simply doesn’t work.
Here is a list of devices I use over usb audio with no issues whatsoever when connected to a hub.
Roland SH4d
Elektron boxes all of them
Isla S2400 no driver class compliant
Roland System 8
Roland VT-4
Line 6 POD go
Roland tr8s
Roland SE01
Virus TI2
Moreover, I have never encountered another usb audio device that has this limitation ever. Even my Virus from 2009 can do this. I have to dedicate an entire thunderbolt port on mac because of this limitation. Not good because I only have three and the studio is massive. Im sure others will run into this limitation. If you need to write/license a driver please do it .

Hey @djowensands, thanks for taking the time to write out this bug. Unfortunately this really is by design as it’s stated in the manual for both devices that usb hubs are not supported.
I could however move this over as a draft wish and we can go from there if you’d like 
I’m gonna give you some tough love here because I respect this product for the most part but I have been a software dev for 26 years. If I was forced to release this(the usb of over audio implementation) to get it out the door for margins, I would have released it as a known issue with very soon plans to getting it fixed knowing, the rest of the industry is implementing it where it can run flawlessly from any hub. In my opinion its a bug regardless of your by “design” claims. Why would you “design” something to be inferior to everything else on the market. Strive to be better. Yes please make it an enhancement request. And I have seen the manual where its stated too.
