The major increment is not consistent when modifying Cutoff or Resonance

Bug Description

On the instrument parameters page, when incrementing or decrementing Cutoff and Release using the big +/- buttons, I would expect the value to change in increments of 10.

Reproduction Steps

For some instrument in the instrument parameters:

1. Set Cutoff to 100
2. Press the big -
3. Cutoff is now 90
4. 2. Press the big - again
5. Cutoff is now 79

Expected Cutoff to be 80.

For Resonance:

1. Start from 0
2. Press the big +
3. Resonance is now 9

Expected resonance to be 10.

Occurrence

Tried on 2 different projects with different samples and it was always reproducible.

This also shows up in the sample loading zone. Pressing the large + and - moves the curser 7 - 9 spots. I thought this behavior didn’t match the previous firmware.
