Yesterday my tracker mini worked fine. Today the output and input is gone. Not even the built in microphone is no longer working.
I have done the reset and firmware but nothing helps.
Is there a way to fix this piece of crap?

So ok the input works whit a microphone. But the internal mic nothing. The volume just jumps up and down randomly.
Can you confirm that you are having this issue across all projects? If you load one of the demo projects, all these issues continue to persist?
Yes across all projects. Not from my projects or the demos.
No sound what so ever is coming out from the tracker mini. And this not only when I try to run them in pattern mode.
It is not possible to preview any sound or samples.
But it looks normal in master mode. Like the sound is playing as it should.
Yesterday day I made a backup of the SD-card and formated it. And put it all back. But no difference.
I also had the tracker to run out of battery trying to create some kind of different reboot. But no success.
But I believe that I had a related problem some time ago. When I started up my project i could not hear my samples but the stock samples was audible. And I loaded another project and the sound came back. And upon loading the project not audible it were just fine again. So I didn’t think much of it until now.
It’s been a while, just checking in if you got this sorted. If not, i think it would be wise to contact customer support directly.
Hi again
Well I have kind of given up on Polyend. I dont know what to do and I have not sorted anything out. I think I tried everything there is to do. In my musical workflow I need machines I can trust and can not afford to work with things that suddenly stops working from one day to another.
For the moment it is just collecting dust.
Obviously up to you how you want to solve this but I recently had a hardware issue with my tracker mini, got in touch with Polyend, and they quickly sent me a postage label to get it sent for a repair for free. No harm in trying imo
Every piece of hardware you have can fail at any moment and stop working. Your elektrons, your analogs, etc. My tracker, play+ mini and synth works perfect. And I’m sure that most of the polyend devices work perfect too. I’m sure that your problem if you contact with PE will be solved. If it’s collecting dust it won’t be fixed magically. And calling it a “piece of crap” isn’t very constructive .
I really really wish the best for you and I hope it will be resolved soon so you make music. Devices can fail suddenly. All of them. This doesn’t mean that it is a piece of crap.
