Does anyone have a table or spreadsheet of how incoming midi CC values map to the actual performance effect values?
Before I have to sit down and try to figure it out myself, slightly losing my mind.

CC control is mind melting as everything is non-linear.
For example:
Tune CC value 64 = — but then as you increment the value by 1 it goes 1,1,2,3,4,4,5,6,7,7,8,9,10,10,11,12 so instead of logically CC value 76 being 12 an octave up it’s CC value 80.
Even more interesting is that CC values for the volume of a track are incremented to what the increments on the tracker itself are CC value 110 = 0.00db then CC value 111 = 0.54db and 112 = 0.96db which is what you get if you press the small plus key on the tracker. However somewhere between value 110 at 0.00db and 127 at 6.00db there must be repeated values as there are more CC values than steps in the increment of the volume on the hardware. So if you assign this to a slider the slider will have spots/dead zones where moving a small amount doesn’t actually alter the volume.

these have special requirements however: you must trigger the patterns before the first downbeat. the fx values only change the first field and you still need to be in the performance screen
this is for instrument mode. It can only be used for a single track at a time and the sequencer must be stopped. But this mode is the best way to get cool animated stuff with cc

(highly optimized names and dual function parameters listed by function with repeats for easier comprehension
because i hate names that are too cryptic)
Yes, that’s in the manual.
What the manual doesn’t tell you is for example if you set the first column in performance mode to “tuning” then CC 51 will enable you to send a value between 0-127 using a knob or a button but it is not documented anywhere what those values equate to within the tracker i.e. 64 = — which doesn’t affect the tuning 65 = +1 so the tuning is transposed up a semitone but importantly 66 is also +1 and you need 67 for +2 to go up two semitones.
The mapping of the CC values to the values within the Tracker are not at all logical and consistent. I spent some time today figuring some of them out. I was asking to see if anyone had taken the time to document all the mappings for the performance effects to save me the tedious job of doing it!
The phrase “the fx values only change the first field” actually has zero meaning in reality sending a CC value does nothing to any effect values you have already set in the tracker performance page (in fact you can still select them using the plus/minus buttons) it overwrites the current value for that column and displays it at the top. So you can set a button on a midi controller to be CC51 with a toggle on value = 67 off value = 64 and if “tuning” is in the first column when you press it any red selected track(s) at the bottom (which you have to select on the tracker you can’t via midi) will transpose two semitones up, then press it again and they return to normal. Or you can make it momentary and it only transposes when you hold it (fun for step repeats).
yeah i get it. you were asking for the list of cc and their function i thought. im not denying its wonky. it is what it is. theres not much use in being miffed at how polyend did it, they most likely wont change anything. im fine with it after being upset for a while. it still works.
my mistake, just trying to help
