since day1 my T+ keep frozen, or is very slow. Too often the machine is stuck and I need to off/on again. Is this coming from the machine? the SD card? can I send back the machine to Polyend? or someone can help me in Paris? Thank you.
Try out a different sd card, it is most likely a broken one that causes issues.
You can download the content from your user account after registering your device.
If it does not fix your issues, send a mail to support@polyend.com, it is possible then that its a hardware fault.

Quick one: in the SD Card / Firmware: I have the version 1.0.3. Shoud I delete or leave in the same Firmware folder the file related to version 1.0.0?

You can leave all firmware files there. Once flashed to the device, they arent relevant.
You can also download the latest beta 1.1.2 here on the forum if you want to try out new features.

That’s not normal. A few seconds even on big projects.
I use sandisk extreme pro. They are not expensive anymore, for about 20 quid you get 128gb.

First try a new sd card. If that fails contact support.
I once had a Sandisk 64gb extreme that was utterly slow. Thats one symptom that there is something going to die on the micro controller. Bin it, buy a new one and go on.
