Synth + Tracker OG, vs. Tracker+

Hi all, sorry this is a bit vague, (file under things I might not know I don’t know I guess)

Can anyone think of any functionality that a Tracker+ would have that could not be replicated with a Tracker OG paired with a (Polyend) Synth?

I guess my question is could I use a Tracker OG to sequence the (relavant) synth engines on the Synth, the same way I would be able to on a Tracker+.

Yeah the new tracker OG firmware gives you 4 midi channels, so you can use those for polyend synth!
