Hi, I’ve messaged support twice already - last week, and this week - using the contact form in user account and 1) I received no email confirmation/copy 2) no feedback from them.
Do my messages go through at all? How much time does it usually take to hear from someone?
(I was asking basically if they’d be willing to price-match a respectable & trusted retailer in Poland, who’s now running a sale (PLN 2.3k vs. 3.3k via Polyend shop). I’d rather give the money directly to Polyend, without the middle-man taking a cut )
I’ve only contacted support when I had hardware issues (because I used a low quality charger and messed up something not because something broke from use), from memory I’d say they replied within a day or 2 max. Also I was really impressed with the speed of the repairs and fast handling/shipping back.
I have to assume that’s probably a different kind of request that support is well equipped to handle. We can only make guesses but probably they’re not in charge of the shop so they probably have to ask internally someone responsible for that who can make the call?
However even if that’s the case it’s strange that you got no reply at least acknowledging the message or saying they’re investigating.
