Step with micromovement FX will ignore Gate FX

Bug Description

When a step has both micro-movement and a gate step fx, the gate will be ignored.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the supplied project
  2. Run the pattern
  3. Note how the third step with a note works without issues
  4. Note how the following step with the added micro-movement ignores the gate
