Anyone had issues with the stomp switches deciding they don’t want to play no more. All other functions seem fine but the stomp switches no longer light or operate, done the usual resets, tried a different power supply I use for the Mess same issue, is it goosed? I have emailed support but just wondered if anyone else has had the same issue and managed to fix?
So sorry you’re having this issue. It’s the first time I hear of this happening on any of Polyend’s pedals. You made the right call to contact support. It’s a really long-shot but did you try ejecting and reinserting the SD card? Just in case it’s not sitting right and might be causing the unit to behave erratically. It’s the only thing I can think of that you haven’t done already.
Good call Dan, the one thing I hadn’t tried….unfortunately it’s still not playing ball its like whatever circuitry is involved with the stomp switches has failed, everything else is fine, but it’s not much use when you can’t play any sequences 
See what support come up with but hopefully they can sort it out through repair or replacement or whatever, bang goes my late night jam with step vs mess vs synth it seems!
hey all just as an update….love the fact that Polyend were bang on it first thing this morning and came back and sorted it straight away…..someone was a complete muppet (i.e. me) and had the midi set for external clock!
