Hello Poly Community !
My first post from French Alps !
I am a new in the polyend Play+ world (I bougth a Play that I upgraded to Play+).
I updated today my Play+ with the latest firmware 1.1, I followed the instructions written/provided in the zip file:
1- copy the .ppf file,
2- copied the “Perc” folder and renamed it “PERC”. (I am on a MAC)
3 - I launch the upgrade.
Then i creat’ed a new project, select a midi track put some notes, and tried to choose a synth, I can only see 3 synths.
I tried to find similar topic that are related to this issue, I found one - https://backstage.polyend.com/t/announcing-play-firmware-1-1/15709/11- , but even following the advices, I can’t still see the PERC synth.
is it normal ? Why the PERC synth doesnot appear ?
Please help !
I love the play+

You need to go to main menu, then you go to synths submenĂş and in that menu you have to choose one of the 5 synths (included PERC) for each synth slot available.
Let me explain to you:
In play+ you have 3 synths active at the same time. So you need to choose which synth you want in each of the 3 main slots.
So press the main encoder, go to synths submenĂş, scroll through 3 slots available and change the slot you want pressing the main encoder.
Once you have pressed the main encoder you will have a big logo of one synth. Scroll with that encoder up and down to choose which synth you want for that slot.
Hope it helps

Hello and HAAAAA … Perfect !
It works fine now, I can see the 5 synths (I was even worried by the fact that I could only see 3 synths instead of 4 in the version 1.0.1…)
Thanks a lot for this clear explanation (I hope it may help other noobs like me ;-))
Big thanks once more !
